REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY — Nexavor LLP

Nexavor LLP provides BPO, creative, operational, and technical support services to global clients. As we operate on a contract-based / MSA-based model, refunds differ from product-based businesses.

 

 

1. Services Provided

 

Our services are delivered based on:

•Signed quotation

•Master Service Agreement (MSA)

•Purchase order / scope documents

 

All commercial and refund terms are governed by these documents.

 

 

2. Refund Policy

 

Due to the nature of our services (manpower-based, process-based, hourly/dedicated teams):

•No refunds are issued for services already delivered.

•Advance payments are non-refundable, unless specifically agreed in writing.

•Refund requests will be considered only if a billing error occurs, and must be submitted within 7 days of invoice receipt.

 

 

3. Cancellation Policy

 

Clients may discontinue services as per the cancellation terms in the contract/MSA:

•Standard notice period: 60 days (as used in your strategic quotation document).

•Work delivered during the notice period will be billed normally.

•Premature cancellation without notice may result in:

•Penalty charges

•Payment for remaining contract period (if specified in MSA)

 

 

4. Project-Based or One-Time Work

 

For one-time services like artwork, design, or technical tasks:

•No cancellations/refunds once the work has started.

•If the project is cancelled before work begins, a 30–50% fee may be deducted for blocking resources.
